Carpentry services
The same joiners who build the garden buildings, on the timber jobs around them.
Garden buildings are most of what we do, but they are not all of it. If a job is made of timber and wants doing properly, it is worth asking. As the carpenter Sheffield trusts for jobs like this, we run the work out of our Chesterfield workshop — a lot of it comes alongside a building, like fitting out the bar in a garden room — and plenty of it stands on its own.

Bars
Bar fitting
We fit bars in garden rooms and outbuildings, and if you want something particular we can build one to your spec on request. Tell us the space and how you plan to use it, and we will tell you what will work.
Worth knowing
Small jobs are still worth asking about
A single rotten sill or a sticking door is not too small to ask about. If it is something we cannot help with, or it really wants a different trade, we will tell you that instead of quoting for it.
Questions people ask
Carpenter, answered
Is there a minimum job size?
No fixed minimum, though for very small jobs it is usually worth grouping a few together into one visit — that way you are not paying for travel twice. If you have a list of odd timber jobs around the house and garden, send the lot and we will price them as one.
Do you do roofing, plastering or electrics?
We are joiners, so timber is what we do. We run cables, sockets and lighting into the buildings we make, but the final connection to your consumer unit is notifiable work for a qualified electrician. Roofing, plastering and plumbing are other trades and we would rather point you at someone good than pretend otherwise.
Thinking about a garden building?
Tell us the size you have in mind and what you want to use it for, and we will tell you what it takes and what it costs. Quotes are free and there is no obligation.
